Buy Outs: Same applies here folks! Sometimes a quick and easy buy out is the better scenario.

For either option keep in mind the three '"S's" rule - Size, Shipping, and Storage. Meaning the item has to be small enough to ship via UPS, the USPS, or Fed Ex. LTL items take up too much space to store and often turn buyers off due to the expense to frieght. Also, WC is not "Storage City" folks. Take the big furniture to the furniture dealer with the big warehouse and just sell it outright (just sayin').
